Tech startup VOTIX is proud to announce that its software platform, which provides drone automation, orchestration and remote operation, has been selected by drone inspection company AviSight, Inc. and allowed it to achieve certification by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) operations of drones for inspections at Shell USA, Inc.
AviSight, working with VOTIX, will perform recurrent BVLOS inspections over Shell’s pipeline rights-of-ways in the United States using Harris Aerial drones.
