VOTIX at the NYS Public Safety UAS Summit 2026: Introducing Situation Rooms to New York’s First Responder Community

VOTIX is proud to join the NYS Public Safety UAS Summit 2026, held July 29-30, 2026 at the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse, New York. Hosted by NUAIR with New York State Homeland Security and Emergency Services, the Summit brings together police, fire, and emergency management professionals from across New York State to advance how drone technology supports public safety missions. This year, our team will be showcasing Situation Rooms, a capability designed to give command staff and field personnel a shared, real-time view of every active mission from a single screen.

Why This Summit Matters

New York agencies operate across a wide range of environments, from dense urban centers to rural counties with limited resources, and each faces its own version of the same responsibility, coordinating people, aircraft, and information during moments that matter most. The Summit exists to bring these agencies together to share what is working across the state, and VOTIX is honored to support that mission as a sponsor this year.

What Situation Rooms Brings to Your Mission

Situation Rooms gives incident command a single connected view of every active drone mission, bringing live video feeds, mission status, and team communication into one screen that any authorized member of the operation can access. For a multi agency response, this means a fire chief, a police commander, and an emergency management coordinator can look at the same information at the same time, without waiting for someone to relay what is happening in the field.

This kind of shared visibility supports the work New York agencies already do well. It gives leadership a clearer picture during a search, a large public event, or a disaster response, and it gives field teams confidence that the people making decisions can see exactly what they see.

What to Expect from VOTIX at the Summit

Across both days of the Summit, and at the pre-expo networking event on July 29, our team will be available to walk through how Situation Rooms fits into an existing program and to answer questions about compliance, integration, and the practical realities of adding a new capability to a mission that already works well. VOTIX was built around the belief that new technology should support a program’s existing strengths, and that is the conversation we look forward to having with every agency that stops by.
